Main features

1. The DH-DYW16A Type Electric Heteromorphosis Bender is made with cycloidal pinwheel reduction box having the following properties: structural compaction, stable rotation, large torque and long lifespan.

2.The machine has the electric control appliance made with timer device, which can be used to control the center stroke to finish the angle bending production of various angles.

3.The machine is designed with automatic reset system, which can ensure that in automatic reset the machine is controlled and stopped so as to have consistent product processing. We can produce consistent angle parts in batches by this machine.

4. The driving roller of the machine is composed of upper half roller, lower half roller and two gaskets of different sizes. We can get 15 kinds of composite sizes for the material locking by proper assembly, and the assembly can be conveniently and rapidly completed with good applicability.

5.Having high production efficiency, the machine can bend 400 pieces of bending parts per hour.
