Main features

1.This machie developed from DH-DL60B. We adopted program-control systme which let the operation more simple and easy. This machine have combianed all functions of DH-DL16B

2.In pattern bending, the machine can automatically control time and localization so as to guarantee the consistent performance, consequently this can reduce working hours and labor intensity.

3.The dies are unconventionally designed with smooth exterior round and without pothole. Having large outspread space.

4.We can replace the dies simply and conveniently, and the replacement can be finished within 48 seconds.

5.high working ability with the maximum ability bending 16mmX16mm square steel.

6.high production efficiency, the machine can bend 300 pieces of C pattern 6mmX15mm flat irons per hour.

7.The machine is made with comprehensive functions that  can process all kinds and specifications of C, P and S iron patterns.

The machine, suit for processing patterns of all kinds and sizes, is equipped with three kinds of holdup wheels: dia 50mm, dia30mm and dia20mm.
